Windows XP Task Bar

Windows XP Task Bar attempt only a single gradient, for the basic locked state, Windows XP had a nice cartoon color scheme. i know its not 100% correct but without producing to much code in combining the button together, it can produce satisfactory result. Improve this code and make it your own.
