Well the Open Shaders are designed to work with WebGL 1(WebGL 1.0 is based on OpenGL ES 2.0), so the best way to figure out your target audience is to imagine the lowest spec of the target user, meaning the GPU, im currently running only on the built in GPU of a Haswell Pentium (I believe the Celeron CPU have a better built in GPU)
expect the worst, to deliver the best.
My GPU works quite well for a lot of the Renders.
My local library does not support this.
If your web browser is not supported you will not see the the render.
