Ocado can not deliver to there customers.
The website is currently only available for customers with a delivery booked for this Saturday and Sunday.

If you have a delivery booked on one of the above days, please log in here.

If you have a delivery booked next week, or want to book a new delivery, there’s no need to wait in the queue. Close your window and we will be in touch to let you know when you can access the website.

Please note, that in this time of unusual demand, we have made the call to temporarily prioritise deliveries for existing registered customers. We will not be processing new customer bookings for the time being.
We are very sorry to have to disappoint anyone that chooses Ocado, and we’re working hard to increase our delivery capacity.

We understand this is a worrying time, but many of our customers are elderly, vulnerable or self-isolating and are unable to get to our stores to buy their essential products.

This means that we're temporarily limiting online orders to customers who are over state pension age, self-isolating and other vulnerable people, such as the disabled. If you aren't over state pension age and can get to one of our stores, we kindly ask that you use our Store Locator to find your local Iceland and complete your shop there.

We're working hard with our suppliers to get products to all our customers and we thank you in advance for helping us to prioritise our online service to our most vulnerable. Please note that due to continued high demand in our stores, customers may still be missing items in their online orders.

We'll be in contact to let you know when online deliveries are back to normal.

it's has now become impossible to book a delivery slot on any uk supermarket, also the queues outside the stores has become ridiculous, meaning many hundreds of people are lined up.
